As a Massage Therapist, you’ll provide exceptional massage experiences and restorative treatments that restore and rejuvenate our guests. You’ll work alongside a passionate team in a serene, luxury spa setting, ensuring every detail reflects Blackberry’s legendary hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of massage modalities (deep tissue, hot stone) and body treatments
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards
• Assist with spa operations, including opening/closing duties and inventory
• Stay current with state licensing and embrace new training opportunities
• Support team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• TN State Massage Therapy License required
• Luxury spa experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to work Sundays and maintain consistent attendance
