Massage Therapist

Job description

Flourish Therapeutic Massage is expanding! We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated licensed massage therapist who is committed to providing a quality massage in a tranquil setting. We have a private one-on-one suite located in West Knoville, we have a fully electric commercial massage table that meets ADA standards and only uses Jojoba oil and high-quality organic essential oils.

Responsibilities:

Perform a high-quality massage every time
Provide amazing client service
Make sure the room is clean and prepared for clients /change over sheets
Must be comfortable and strong in Deep Tissue
Upselling clients and booking their next appointments (all materials will be provided)
Taking payment when necessary through payment processor
Feels comfortable offering massage packages or monthly subscriptions authentically and passionately (no high-pressure sales whatsoever but must be confident in yourself)
Hours per week: 10-30 hours per week.

Flexible scheduling and willing to work with my therapist to find their dream schedule. Morning shifts (9am-3pm) and afternoon (3pm-9pm) available!

About the owner and Flourish Massage:

I’m Mike the owner and I’ve been a bodyworker through personal training and massage for a decade. I strive to provide a holistic and safe environment to allow clients to breathe, let go, and truly provide therapeutic tissue work. I’m looking for someone who’s passionate about helping others like I am and takes pride in their work and is looking to grow professionally. I need someone who’s great with deep tissue and knows the body. Breathwork focus and awareness throughout the massage is something that I would like our therapists to be familiar with. Compensation will increase along with your performance. We are looking for an all-in therapist who is truly passionate about connecting to their clients’ energy and providing therapeutic work. Must be self-reliant and project confidence. I am expecting therapists to meet and bounce ideas and techniques off of each other to make us all perform at our best.
