WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

•  A Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in TN with valid liability insurance.
• Strong skills in both relaxation and therapeutic techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, sports massage, etc.).
• A client-focused mindset, committed to improving wellness through bodywork.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and professional setting.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow best hygiene practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct consultations to assess client needs and goals.
• Provide personalized relaxation and therapeutic massage treatments.
• Educate clients on self-care, and post-session maintenance.
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure a high standard of care.
• Collaborate with our team to provide a holistic, client-centered experience.
• Assist with operational tasks, including scheduling, client check-in/check-out, and light cleaning.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTATIONS:

• Professional, spa-like setting with a clinical approach to pain relief and rehabilitation.
• Physical demands include standing for extended periods, using sustained pressure techniques, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• A commitment to upholding ethical standards, maintaining professional boundaries, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
