Massage Therapist/Massage Manager

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and professional Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients feel their best through therapeutic touch and personalized care. This position is responsible for providing high-quality massage services while creating a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for every client.

Responsibilities
– Perform professional massage therapy services based on each client’s individual needs and preferences.
– Conduct client consultations to understand goals, concerns, and areas of focus.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable treatment environment.
– Educate clients on wellness practices, stretching, and self-care when appropriate.
– Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes in accordance with company policies.
– Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and professional standards.
– Provide exceptional customer service and build positive, long-term relationships with clients.
– Recommend appropriate services or treatment plans based on client needs.
– Collaborate with team members to support a positive and professional work environment.
– Maintain current knowledge of massage techniques, industry practices, and continuing education.

Qualifications
– Current state license or certification to practice massage therapy, as required.
– Graduation from an accredited massage therapy program.
– Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Professional, reliable, and personable demeanor.
– Ability to customize treatments for a variety of client needs.
– Commitment to client comfort, safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
– CPR certification and/or additional certifications are a plus.
