About Dr. Lauren MacGuire Bolling, PT, DPT, GCS, Cert-DIN
Lauren MacGuire Bolling, DPT is a native Knoxvillian. After graduating from high school, she played soccer for 2 years at Berry College where her team won the NAIA national championship in 1993. In pursuit of her goal to become a physical therapist, she completed her first bachelor’s degree in exercise science at the University of Northern Arizona. She obtained her physical therapy bachelor’s degree in 1999, and doctorate degree in 2013, at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Dr. MacGuire has over 20 years’ experience as a practicing physical therapist, with special interest in pelvic health, back and neck injury rehabilitation, and dry needling. At the onset of Covid-19 in 2020, she founded Pro+Care Physical Therapy, LLC. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy association and the Tennessee Physical Therapy Association. She has a specialty certification from the APTA as a Geriatric Certified Specialist. Dr. MacGuire resides in Knoxville, TN with her husband, and enjoys life with her four sons, her bonus son, and her 3 fur-babies.
