We offer mental health counseling, assisted stretch therapy, massage therapy, personal training, and wellness coaching—all designed to support body, mind, and spirit. Position
We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our team of wellness professionals. Robin’s Nest has its massage establishment license and expects this person to be licensed. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a practice that is expanding its wellness services and investing in long-term community impact.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage therapy tailored to client needs (relaxation, therapeutic, recovery-focused, etc.).
Collaborate with assisted stretch technicians, personal trainers, and mental health staff to promote holistic care.
Maintain professional documentation and uphold ethical and HIPAA standards.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage and wellness practices.
Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Tennessee Massage Therapy License (in good standing).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to professionalism, client care, and community wellness.
Flexibility to work with diverse clients (chronic pain, stress management, recovery, wellness maintenance).
Prior experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $25 for 30 minutes, $50 for 60 minutes, and $75 for 90 minutes.
